An Effective Dust Mask (FFP2) With a Valve

This non-reusable FFP2 particle filtering respiratory protection mask has been designed, tried, and tested to ensure absolute safety from particles such as dust that could be harmful and cause long-term respiratory health damage. This mask should only be worn for one shift of 8 hours before being disposed of. It has been fitted with a valve to ease exhalation resistance. This feature makes it more comfortable for the wearer should they need to wear it for long periods of time.

Product Information

This product provides its wearer with an FFP2 level of protection against harmful particles. It is also comfortable to wear as it has been manufactured out of a soft material where it would touch the face. It also has an adjustable nose clip and a soft sealing lip. The exhalation valve ensures that any moisture evaporates quickly and effectively while reducing breathing resistance. It is also fitted with a continuous headband for added wearing security.

Materials Used

A variety of materials have been utilised to make this mask comfortable and effective at filtering particles. Materials used include cotton, continuously looped textile, aluminium for the nose clip, cotton foam, elastane, ABS and CoolSAFE+, Melt Blown PP, and Polyester to manufacture the filter.

The uvex com4-air FFP2 V respiratory protection mask can be used in a multitude of environments. It is able to provide protection against solid, aqueous and non-volatile liquid aerosols. It can even be utilised in areas that have exposure up to 10 times the respective limit values. Harmful pollutants from which it can protect include pollen, soot, concrete, dust, smog, gypsum, and much more.
